2.  R - Receipts (Say What You Can Do, Not What You've Done)

  • Anyone can say, "I improved performance."

  • Show me the proof.

  • Example Correction - "Reduced deactivation of customers 18% in 90 days across 12,000 accounts.

3.  U - Uniqueness (Remove Your Edge)

  • Generic profiles can be easily blended together.

  • Highlight what you've done that only you did.

  • Example Correction - "Only RevOps hires possess both Data and SDR experience.

4.  S - Specificity (Vagueness Will Never Be Recognized)

  • Broad experience is viewed as replaceable.

  • Define your battlefield.

  • Example Correction - B2B SaaS, Series A, $5m to $15m Annual Recurring, rebuilt pricing structure.

5.  T - Transferability (Put a Picture of Yourself in Their Role)

  • They must be able to picture you in order to consider you for selection.

  • Clearly build the bridge.

  • Example Correction - "How I will fix your funnel over the next 90 days."
