Build simple workflows (e.g., draft, refine, analyze, present) with AI. Use AI like you use your operating system every day, not just once.

4. Optimize for Impact, and Not Effort.
Change your way of thinking from asking "how long did it take?" to asking "what value did it produce?"

5. Make AI Part of Your Daily Habits.
Even 20 minutes/day will give you a massive advantage over time than you think.
